My Custom Balloons is based in Arlington, Virginia and provides balloon delivery throughout Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, Fairfax, Northern Virginia, and Washington DC. We deliver balloon bouquets, birthday balloons, custom balloon decorations, large balloon orders, and event balloons Monday through Saturday.

Balloon Delivery Hours

Regular balloon deliveries are available Monday through Saturday.

Our standard delivery window is generally between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, depending on the delivery option selected.

We make every effort to deliver your balloons during your requested delivery time. Because of traffic, weather, parking, building access, and other unexpected circumstances, please allow approximately a 30-minute arrival window when applicable.

Same-Day Balloon Delivery

Same-day balloon bouquet delivery may be available for orders placed before 10:00 AM, depending on balloon availability and our delivery schedule.

For same-day balloon delivery, we recommend calling us as early as possible.

Expedited Balloon Delivery

Expedited balloon delivery is available for customers who need a more specific delivery time.

Expedited deliveries are scheduled within an estimated 30-minute delivery window between approximately 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Custom Balloon Decorations & Bulk Balloon Orders

Planning a large party, corporate event, birthday, wedding, grand opening, or special celebration?

We provide custom balloon decorations and bulk balloon orders throughout Arlington, Northern Virginia, and Washington DC.

For orders of 200 standard balloons or more, call us at 571-290-1259.

Additional charges may apply for delivery, setup, parking, and travel.

For large balloon decoration orders, we recommend ordering at least 3 days in advance so we can make sure your requested balloon colors, sizes, and styles are available.

Minimum Order for Balloon Delivery

The minimum balloon purchase for delivery is:

The $70 minimum does not include:

  • Delivery charges
  • Setup fees
  • Parking fees
  • Other applicable service charges

Second Balloon Delivery Attempt

Please make sure someone is available to receive your balloon delivery when necessary.

If we must make a second delivery attempt, an additional delivery fee will apply. We can redeliver the balloons to the original address or, when possible, to another nearby address
