Balloon Delivery and Rate Options

Assuming that we have been provide with the correct address and details of your requested balloon order. We will make every effort to provide you with your desired time of arrival according to your paid delivery rate option. However, we may need a half hour window just in case any unforeseen situations may occur.

 

If a second attempt is needed, we will charge an additional delivery fee to the same address or a second address, and we will deliver the same balloons.

Posted Balloon Delivery Rates Are Within Northern Virginia and Washington DC that are 8 miles away from Arlington Virginia.

Same day balloon bouquet delivery is available for orders placed before 10:am.

Place your balloon decoration order 3 days in advance to make sure we have all the balloons and colors in stock. In most cases we have everything in stock to fulfill a large balloon order.

Standard Non-Rush Hour Delivery Rate

 This rate option gives us a 4-hour delivery window to deliver your balloons, at our convenience from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday thru Friday.

Early Morning Delivery Rates

Between 7 am to 8am $140.00 plus

Between 8:15 am to 9am $90.00 plus

 

Standard Delivery

Cheapest balloon bouquet Delivery rate for up to 150 standard size balloons. This rate gives us a 5-hour window, from 10am to 1pm Monday thru Friday. Additional delivery charges may apply for setup, parking, long distance and for bulk balloon orders exceeding 60 balloons.

 

Expedited Orders

All expedited orders will be delivered in an estimated time frame within a 30-minute window. This option applies to all time frames between 10am and 1pm. Additional delivery charges may apply for parking, and for bulk balloon orders exceeding 150 standard size balloons. Same day balloon bouquets delivery is available with this option.
