Balloon Delivery in Washington, DC & Northern Virginia

My Custom Balloons provides balloon delivery throughout Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, Fairfax, Northern Virginia, and Washington, DC.

We deliver balloon bouquets and balloon arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, celebrations, schools, hospitals, offices, hotels, homes, and other locations throughout our delivery area.

Who Receives the Balloon Delivery?

Before your scheduled balloon delivery, please notify the recipient, building staff, front desk, security personnel, school, hospital, hotel, or other appropriate personnel that a balloon delivery is expected.

Whenever possible, My Custom Balloons will deliver the balloons directly to the intended recipient.

If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the balloon bouquet with authorized building staff, a receptionist, front desk attendant, concierge, security desk, or another person authorized to accept the delivery.

Once the balloons have been accepted by the recipient or authorized personnel at the delivery location, the order will be considered successfully delivered.

Please make sure someone at the location is available and able to properly receive and store the balloons.

Hospital Balloon Delivery

My Custom Balloons offers hospital balloon delivery in Washington, DC and Northern Virginia, subject to each hospital’s balloon policies.

When ordering balloons for delivery to a hospital, please provide:

• Recipient’s full name
• Hospital name
• Room number, if available
• Correct hospital address
• Contact telephone number

Many hospitals restrict latex balloons and may only allow foil balloons. Before placing your order, we strongly recommend contacting the hospital to confirm its current balloon delivery policy and making sure the recipient is still admitted.

For most hospital deliveries, our driver will leave the balloon arrangement with the hospital’s front desk, information desk, security desk, or designated delivery area according to hospital procedures.

Once the balloons have been accepted by hospital personnel, the delivery will be considered completed.

My Custom Balloons cannot be responsible for balloons that are damaged after being accepted by hospital personnel or for patients who have been discharged, transferred, or relocated before delivery.

School Balloon Delivery

My Custom Balloons also provides balloon delivery to schools in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC, subject to the individual school’s policies.

Before ordering, please contact the school to determine whether balloon deliveries are permitted. Some schools may restrict latex balloons or allow only foil balloons.

All school balloon deliveries will be made to the school office, front desk, or another designated staff member.

For safety and school-policy reasons, our delivery drivers will not enter classrooms or personally deliver balloons directly to students on school property.

Once the balloon arrangement has been accepted by an authorized school employee, the delivery will be considered completed.

My Custom Balloons cannot be responsible for balloons that are damaged after being accepted by school personnel or for delays in the school’s staff delivering the balloons to the intended recipient.
