The stars are 20in and circles are 18in inflated with helium anchored with a balloon weight. 

Helium filled balloons attached to a 7ft long matching curling ribbon. Will float for 2-3 days indoors.

Perfect for table centerpieces or floor displays, we can adjust the height and change the foil balloon colors of your choice.

Balloon Deliveries to Washington DC and parts of Northern Virginia that are 8 miles away from Arlington VA 22204.

The Cheapest Balloon Delivery rate option is between 10:30am to 1:00pm Monday thru Friday. We will deliver the balloon within that time frame based on our route for that day.
