       *you can select 1 to 3 colors for the entire base for the garland.

2.The accents, will make the garland Stand out and gives it an extra touch here and there.

       *select 1-3 of the 5 inch solid color balloons to dress up the garland

In the Picture the balloon Garland was attached to a backdrop metal frame. It is 8 feet tall, and it’s 9 feet long, this way a 6 foot table can fit in the center.
