Made using various air filled latex balloons, choose up to 4 balloon colors using the balloon color chart to create different color spirals, and 1 18 inch air filled foil balloon of your choice, some exclusions apply. Pricing excludes large balloons, letters, large balloon numbers, disposable base stand, printed or metallic latex balloons, led lights, additional balloons, accessories, delivery and setup fee.
