Made using various air filled latex balloons, choose up to 4 balloon colors using the balloon color chart and 2 large air filled foil number balloon of your choice. Balloon numbers are 34 inches tall available in Rose Gold, Gold, Red, Black, Magenta, Silver, Sand Stone and Royal blue.
