1. Garland Base Color are 17in, 11in and 9inch size balloons
*Select 1 to 3 colors for the entire base of the garland.
2. Smaller size balloon accents, will make the garland Stand out and gives it an extra touch here and there.
*Select 1 to 2 solid color latex balloons as accents.
3. 11 Clear Confetti balloon Accents
* Select 1 confetti color that will be placed in a clear latex balloon
