In no case shall My Custom Balloons, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, replacement costs, or any similar damages, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted or transmitted.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to hold harmless My Custom Balloons, service providers, suppliers, and employees, harmless from any of the following. Helium Inhalation, Latex allergies, choking and suffocating on balloons, heart attack related to the noise of bursting balloons including hearing loss, and body injuries resulting from popping balloons including falling by slipping on balloon.
Outdoor events
My Custom Balloons does not guarantee that the balloons will last the duration of your event not even for a few minutes. Balloon can and will burst for various outdoor environmental related reasons such as direct sunlight, heat, lose particles in the air, grass, branches, wind, rain to list a few. dark balloons will bust immediately since they retain heat and are made of a thin material.
Return Policy
Since balloons are filled with helium and all balloon orders and bouquets are customized upon your request, prep work has been done to fulfill your order. Below is our return policy. Call us to cancel an order at 571-290-1259 exclusions apply.

For a full refund My Custom Balloons needs a 24 hour cancellation notice prior to the requested delivery date and time.

Canceling an order the day of delivery will acquire a $25-100% order value. Depending on how many balloons have been filled. Excluding the delivery rate.

We cannot refund an order once the balloons have been filled.

If balloons have not been filled, a $25.00 restocking fee will apply.

Rescheduling? NO problem Call us 12 hours before the scheduled date and time.

No refund on any of the 30 inch or 36 inch latex balloons, or any special ordered balloons.
